MyPre*TM* Gel is our most advanced gel yet, designed to help you get the most out of your training programme. Caffeine* has been added to increase alertness, and reduce percieved exertion during your lengthy workouts, meaning that you'll be able to train harder for longer! Simply consume 1 sachet, 15-30 minutes before exercise for optimal results. Do not consume more than one sachet in 24 hours. * Beneficial effect is obtained with caffeine at doses of 3 mg/kg bodyweight at least one hour prior to exercise, and only if caffeine is avoided 12 hours prior to use.
