Usage: Take 1 scoop with water 15–30 minutes before exercise.

Note: Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not suitable for individuals sensitive to caffeine. Consult a healthcare provider before use if pregnant, nursing, or on medication.

Suggested Use:
Mix 10g (approximately 1 scoop) with 300ml of water and consume 30 minutes before exercise. Do not exceed 1 scoop (10g) per day. Nutrient amounts listed on the front label reflect 2 scoops (20g), for reference only.

As powder may settle over time, we recommend using a scale for the most accurate measurement.
